Dr. Douglas has been a true blessing for our family. He is a great listener and takes the time needed to make sure to find the problem not just address the symptoms. He has lived internationally, so he is also a great resource if you plan to travel abroad and want to make sure you have the right shots etc. Lastly, he is a genuinely good person through and through who will treat your family as he would his own.

Dr. Douglas is one of the most patient and knowledgeable pediatricians I have ever met. Not only does he know the medical side of things, he is also well versed in natural ways. I drive over an hour to take my children here and highly recommend!

Top-notch care given to our family for 10 years!

I am just like everyone else, 2 children, boy 7, daughter 2, and there is no one else I would want to see my kids.  

He checked them both over on day one and each appointment after and has always been just fantastic for us. He is professional, fun, and has always made me and my kids feel welcome. My kids like going to Dr. Douglas. There is simply not a better person at detecting the presence of bunnies in a person's ears.

Dr Douglas is the best pediatrician out there. I have been waiting to hear this amazing news of him opening up his own private practice! I highly recommend him to everyone that is looking for a caring pediatrician that is so great with children and has so much wisdom in the industry.

Dr. Douglas is an amazing doctor. We have 3 kids and wouldn't dream of taking them to anyone else!   Our son was born with a condition and has spent time in the hospital. Not only did Dr. Douglas come check in everyday (sometimes twice a day) but he also advocates for our son to the other specialists we have to see. It is clear that he truly cares about his patients and their families.

Dr. Douglas is Outstanding!  He has been our Pediatrician since the oldest of our 4 children was born almost 26 years ago. He cares for each child as if they were one of his own.

Dr Douglas is an amazing physician and his staff is the best. They always take wonderful care of my daughters when we have to visit.

We have trusted Dr. Douglas with our son's care since he was a newborn. He is so great with our little guy, who gets pretty anxious about doctor visits. He is sensitive to our needs and has never made me feel rushed through an appointment. I also feel so blessed by his nurses! The nurse we talked with today (I believe her name was Katie) treated us with care and concern, more like a fellow mom than a nurse. She talked with me for about 10 minutes on the phone, and then called back a few hours later to check up on my poor, sick  little buddy. We love Dr. Douglas and wouldn't want to take our children to anyone else!

Dr Douglas and his staff are amazing! Not only do my kiddos love Dr Douglas. He listens, always goes with mother instinct , and truly cares.  Him and his staff take their time and are very through. They are absolutely the best!!!! We love them.

I just have to say WOW! Dr Douglas is truly an amazing doctor. We are new to NE and I needed to find a new pediatrician for my daughter. I am so happy to have found Beyond Care.

As first time parents it can be nerve wracking picking a pediatrician. After meeting with Dr Bernard Douglas prior to baby being born, it was a no brainer that he was the perfect choice for us. He was able to get us in for a meet and greet within a week of me calling to schedule. He spent a lot of time (after business hours) answering our never ending list of questions. He was so polite and happy to assist us. He definitely put our minds at ease and we felt more confident in our decision making process as parents after leaving his office. He's open minded and educated on vaccines, he doesn't push them and respects what we want to do for our daughter, which is what we were searching for in a pediatrician. After our daughter was born he came to the hospital both mornings we were there. He's excellent at maintaining follow up and I know he truly cares for our little one. He even had the office schedule our follow up appointments for us, super helpful after having a baby! We love Dr. Douglas and we know we're in good hands.
